Patrick Dyer was born and raised in Baltimore County. He has deep roots in the county and his commitment to Baltimore County is strong. Patrick is deeply involved in our community through charitable work through serving as past President of the Associated Italian American Charities and the Hibernian Society of Baltimore.

Patrick is married to Julie A. Dyer, a lawyer practicing as an assistant county attorney in the Baltimore County Office of Law. He is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield college preparatory school in Towson, an alum of Loyola College and he earned his MBA at the University of Baltimore. Dyer is the father of three sons, all attending Loyola Blakefield, and one daughter, who goes to St. James Academy in Monkton.

Patrick owns and operates his own financial services firm, Capital Portfolio Management in Timonium and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years.
